A Little Catchin' Up to Do...

As Elly approaches two and Marcus inches closer to crawling (literally), it seems my days are a bit busier than they used to be. Here are some pictures from the last month. We reached some milestone moments, such as Eden's first Easy Bake Oven experience (Elly enjoyed her cake at a tea party) and Elly's eating her very own ice cream cone and getting it (mostly) in her mouth. There were some great moments at blastball, including Eden wandering off to play in the grass and completely missing her turn in the line up.

The girls are beginning to really enjoy each other's company and can play together better than ever. Eden has become Elly's new Go To Girl when she gets hurt or sad. They've been loving playing outside in the sand when it's not 95 degrees outside, and they frequently make me sand pies to sample. We're having a great summer so far.
