Eden has always had a fascination with the cardiovascular system. Once she cornered the carpet-installer-guy and explained to him how blood pumps from the heart throughout the body, in great detail.
Today, we were having our snack, and Eden said, "Mom, what are those things called again, that carry the blood, veins and..." I answered, "Veins and arteries." She seemed not to hear me, then she said, "Oh yeah, veins and truffles."
She went on to explain that one of them looks blue, and the other looks red, with a little "purplish."
She also tries to use the word "circulate" as many times as she can in a day.
