Sunday School Cookies

At a recent trip to Fareway, I purchased some cheap, store-brand cookies cleverly named "Vanilla Sandwich Cookies." I bought them partly because I am cheap and partly because they brought back memories of my childhood. Since my mom had an in-home daycare, she was always on a budget when it came to food and there were always 10+ kids there after school. Many days she made homemade cookies (PacMan cookies, anyone?) but she had these around too. Apparently, these little babies are still a good way to feed lots of children at snacktime without breaking the bank. When I brought them home, Eden yelled, "Alright! We got Sunday School Cookies!"
